I think I'll agree with badinsults about the watermarks. Sure, it takes time to search for manuals and scan them, and that 'your work' should be credited and meh, but seriously, now that some (most?) torrent sites allow to download entire sets of game system manuals...NON watermarked makes you look,...

Run it in a command prompt [command.com in 9x, cmd.exe in NT/2k/XP/ME]. WinMe is a 9x system so typing in the run command cmd.exe won´t do you anything good at all. Command.com will, though. Also, you should modify your %path% variable and add the folder where nsrt.exe is located (you can just move...

From personal experience, I can tell you that Lethal Enforcers (at least part 1) is an excellent game. The car pursuit, the level on a yacht, the bank robbery, etc.
