Re: ZSNES is not dead - Still in development

I guess but I could use SNESGT or BSNES if I truly gave a shit about accuracy. I actually care about zsnes in itself. I dont like the concept that the goal was to rewrite most of zsnes into C. I think the sound core from bsnes should be rewrote into assembler. Wasnt the whole point of zsnes speed. H...

Re: HDTV SNES PLAY 'ROCKET SCIENCE!

Theres to much asshatary going on in here. You probably did something to piss everyone off and deserve it though. If you've got a old tv get a old pc and put a video card in it that supports composite or svideo out. If you've got a new tv put a modern graphics card in it that has hdmi output. Hook t...

Re: ZSNES is not dead - Still in development

I keep wondering if zsnes is finally dead. I mean it has gotten to the point where snes9x is so much more accurate while yet still fast for most games that zsnes is pretty much considered a joke. It really kinda sucks imho since zsnes set so many standards and pretty much is the soul factor to why s...

Re: How well does Link to the Past work on ZSNES

If you're gonna play the gba you'll need to get the accurate sound patch and, the color correction patch. But even with that something still is off about the way it looks. I think its just the lower resolution. I dont care for it.

Re: Running ZSNES on Ubuntu

If you're using ubuntu you can simply select the APP get store thingie is has. zsnes is a pre compiled file. Just download it and it installs for you right to your programs. Couldnt be any simpler.

Lunar PSP

First off wtf is there no topic on this already?

Second is rather good.

My only issue is removal of a world map of traditional sense.

Each version of lunar bring something new and this time its good. GBA one was a huge step back and this is a huge step forward again.

Even if there was no US release it wouldn't matter ps3 games are region free and the game is a "international" version so it comes with 5 language options on it anyways.

In order to send files to the GDSF7, you first need to convert them to the GD3 file format in UCON64. Then, in the SNES interface, select the file and the GD3/6 button, then click send. Note that you need to have a parallel port driver enabled or else UCON can't interface with your copier. Yeah tha...

Meka help

Is there any way to edit meka to run in a resolution other than 640x480.

My asus eee will only run in 2 native modes. 800x600 w/ scrolling or 800x480.

Meka wont start unless its 640x480. I cant figure out any way to edit it to 800x480 before it starts.

How much speed has been lost. I always used zsnes for speed and being able to play the games. Never gave a shit about accuracy or any of that garbage. You didn't need to run out and buy that uberexpensive $1k or more HDTV. HAH when AoL thinks uber-expensive it's actually a pretty good set, though. 1080p, 120 Hz LCD. but given the 60" kuro elite, mitsubishi laservue, and other high tier HDTV's, 1k is not what i would call uber-expensive. that...

Am I the only one assuming that it one be a 1 to 1 connection. I dont think its gonna be just 1 pc playing to 1 unit. I think they will have some super gaming rigs that can run multiple instances of some of the nicest games at very high settings and 720 resolution. Like a dual 4870x2 rig with 8GB of...
