Could this be fixed? Why are not download links included here?

Just asking.

I have windows, therefore I downloaded the ''ZSNES Windows'' version from the link below and couldn't open it, then downloaded the ''ZSNES DOS'' file and I could open it with my operating system (windows).

Is this normal?
