Here's the better question: How did you get 255 health? I'm so sick of Sacred Grounds I'm willing to cheat to see what the 6 minute bonus is.

...Am I the only found who found that jumping part of the Labyrinth easy?

DEAR GOD. The Sacred Grounds are INSANE. Enemies swarm the screen. It's unbelievable. Anyone who manages to beat it without getting hit is a god. Period.

The only secret to smashing all of the end bosses is: The Spur. It owns them so badly it's sickening. Ten or so Lv. 2 charged shots to each and it's all over. But you clearly don't have it if you're having any trouble. Have you tried Blade 3? It should do the trick. EDIT: Out of curiousity... Can yo...

Advice: Some may think it is impossible to acquire the Arms Barrier above the entrance to the Labyrinth Clinic early without the Booster and/or Machine Gun. That is not the case. If you allow yourself to be hit by that lone purple blob while jumping, you may be knocked into the secret passage. EDIT:...

Ah! You CANNOT move the boulder in the Labyrinth without Curly. It is apparently impossible, you need two people to move it. However, there's something VERY interesting about the Shadow Balrog you have to fight. You can keep damaging it after you 'kill' it. Perhaps it is possible to annihilate it be...

The thing is, the apparent sole reason she dies is because she drowns. If you just totally skip getting the Cure-All or hoarding it yourself, it provides the following possibilities akin to getting Booster 2.0: 1) Curly heals herself or somebody else gets the Cure-All for her. 2) You can use the Cur...

Bevermind, one fixes itself.

As for the one at the bottom of where Booster falls... i have NO idea.

Here's an interesting question... What happens if you decide to NOT get Curly the Cure-All and just take it for yourself? Can you even do that?

A post in AGTP answers the Clock Room question... When Professor Booster drops into the Labyrinth, don't talk to him to get Booster 0.8. Skip him and go on, and somehow you get the Booster 2.0. Seems to be a requirement.

Along with some mystery requirements on reaching the 'Sacred Grounds'.

Is there a secret involving the fish? In the Sand Zone, one of the Mimagas moans about wanting fish. There's a fish in the resevoir, but you can't seemingly 'acquire' it.

True enough, but against a single target that stays relatively stationary that isn't shooting out legions of obstacles, Blade 2 seems to rack up the damage far faster. ...Now tell me the requirements for the hidden stage, pretty please? Hehe. On that note, are there any more sucker/trick choices lik...

I'd like to know myself.

The fact is, the Machine Gun makes life in the Labyrinth way, way easier. Thus, I would imagine giving that up would net you a serious reward.

On a side note... Is it me, or does Blade Lv. 2 pwn way more than Lv. 3?

DAMN IT! I KNEW that trade was too good to not have a catch!

Don't trade your first gun. The hermit will upgrade it later. I'm kicking myself.

I mean, after I did it it hit me that the hermit was sleeping. Maybe if he woke up...

Which now begs the following question:

Why in the blue hell hasn't Square remade SoM yet? I mean, they did Sword of Mana for the GBA, why not evoke more nostalgia by remaking SoM for DS?

At the very least kiddies who played SwoM without knowing the Mana series will be hooked to the brand name.

http://clydemandelin.com has my resume but I can't list a lot of things until they get released so there's like 5 to 10 things that aren't on there yet. I do miss ROM translating though - it's a lot more fun to translate something and see instant results than translate a text file and then see it g...

Why don't we ask dear grinvader, who reportedly ported some save state code to another programming language... At least according to Nach.

EDIT: LOL. Grin beat me to it by like three seconds.

Quite frankly, I am suprised that the Final Fantasy VI re-translation by RPGONE isn't getting more attention than it is. I can remember in the nineties, when many of the fans of FFIII(US) were complaining about how much was removed from its Japanese counterpart. Where are they now? Perhaps they rea...
