RPGe, J2e and now dejap... I hope that no other great translators groups don't dissapear. Rigth now we have left Aeon Genesis and Phantasian Products among others but they aren't enougth.

Cool! I thougth you where some Back to the Future fan or something. Guys I don't know why you have resourse problems because Nestopia runs fast on my Pentium 3 800MHz computer with 256SD RAM (Half used for main system) and my video card is a G Force 2 MX of 64 MB.

1.23 was also released!!! This project is moving fast now. Yeah, I was one of the first ones to download it. ;) The author added triple-buffering, too, which was a feature I requested. :D He seems very open to requests as far as I can tell. So far so good! Aeon Genesis is a very active tranlation group and the best part is that they have almost the same taste I have with their games. Too bad that they can't figure out where the text data is on Ys5.

Comaparing Romansing Saga for the SNES with the PS2 remake I say that they did an awesome job and I don't care if the characters looks chibi.

I also found a bug in fullscreen that causes the emulator to minimize in the taskbar sometimes when I press Esc to acces the menu. This is annoying!

Yes it is exelent! It took me a while to find the strench image to use at fullscreen (shift+S) but now I am happy with it and it manage the FDS ROMs more easier.

FF6 on the other hand was retranslated because the jap version have naked graphics,Cyan (Chayenne) techniques can be renamed and Cider os Sake (Sky Render named it Wine instead of Sake anyway). The rest is cosmetic stuff like Cafe called Pub etc.

You mean like fixing the checksum on a translation or that those ROMs don't appear in the database so some ROM sites like a sertain French one distribute prepatched ROMs.

I like to hard patch my ROMs so I can economise a few kilobytes.
