Almost any emulator can display almost any game to almost exactly how the SNES would output to its render to its DAC. You can't get any better picture quality than that. The only issues would be how the Emulated SNES output will be scaled to the set computer resolution, the quality of the video card...

It's more of a complex permissions problem than UAC. If ZSNES is in a folder without Write/Modify Permissions for the Users Group (or User), files will not be created if ZSNES was executed as if the folder is Read Only. There is a exception if ZSNES (or any program) needs to write/modify to Program ...

Under phpBB3? Strange, my board seems to function fine with that, maybe it was a upgrade pain.

phpBB3 has Foes which you can easily over look a user's posts and a filter section for PMs which can be set by sender. But that's phpBB3 and not phpBB2. Since new things seems to scare the server, from what I can tell, I can't think of anything else to say.

Do you mean to manage a set of DVD rips on a hard drive? If that, why not get a DVD rip manager and let it open MPC or VLC with a command line to start it?

For some reason, adept's example sounds almost like how ZSNES behaves, but I do see what he wants. Adept, don't you think you are over thinking the need for such customizations? Is it really that hard to push F3 (Default) to change a slot to Save (F2 by Default) or Load (F4 by Default)?

It's what I have set because I had the same issue. If it works, leave it alone. If you still have some crackling try increasing it slowly up (since 5 is the min.) Also you can try adding more buffers, but I'm not sure if that will help in this situation.

Have you tried using ALchemy with ZSNES?

@Deathlike2: It has been boiled down to a check box I think, I can't remember but its there. Under the last tab of a sound device properties window.

You can obviously see that the ROM is drunk, just look at it's "uber 1337" spelling of *hic* in brackets. Anyway its the first reported hack, or Hack 1. The C could just mean its a hack to make the game for GBC, Chinese or a subversion of the First Hack. I'm not sure if that mark is from G...

A good place to save is in the Documents or Profile Folder, you should at least be able to write there. If not try a floppy drive or flash disk if your are desperate.

You need to set the default sound device to use HDMI, but that's if your hardware supports audio over HDMI.

Since I don't know what OS you are running, look up how to change the default sound device in the Help and Support options.

All the other things this does doesn't really scream normal user needs. As for what the Database trees, they a...
