Re: icons, it's a direct consequence of resolution change. You're asking for a small resolution in zsnes, so winders rearranges the icons because derp. Fix 1: use a custom fullscreen resolution that's equal to your current desktop res. Fix 2: use a windowed mode. Re: 7-zip, no idea why that launches...
