I'm having trouble translating Gamma ramp in Dutch, can anyone explain a bit what it actually is?
byuu wrote:One question though, does Dutch not have umlauts and accent marks?
It has, yes. I didn't have to use it though for the translation, as far as I can see.

Based on bsnes v0.031 WIP11, I've pretty much done the Dutch (v1.04) translation:

Some words were pretty tricky to translate, but I've tried to be as accurate as possible. Maybe someone likes to review it though.

I've been a beta-tester for PJ64 for about 2 years now. What I can tell you is that PJ64 hasn't been updated since June 2007 (version 1.7). Yes, you can say there hasn't been progress at all since this was more or less the most active emulator in development at the time. After that, I put my hopes u...

Reread the 1.51 Release thread if need be: http://board.zsnes.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=9461 Note: You were the one that brought it up, and referenced it, yet the info you sought was provided then (ironic?). Actually, I'm pretty sure it was a post-1.51 WIP release that tried to fix this. It was ne...

In any case, if I were to bring back at least one of them, which should it be? 2xSaI, Super 2xSaI or Super Eagle? Before I can do that though I need to know if its software license is really GPL compatible. In my opinion, the standard 2xSaI filter looks best and that is what I use frequently. Howev...

Neat! Time to update ... by the way, did Marty mention why he removed 2xSaI? Not taking sides on it (except to say I support Marty's ultimate decision either way), just semi-curious what his stated reason was is all. A quick search failed me. I participated in that conversation back in 2007 (just a...

Truth, I'm currently trying to finish this game (after already having it for 10 years). The environments and music are very well done.

That Squall-Leon'dude does get around, doesn't he? Whenever I read his posts, he somehow forces his opinion every damn time. But, this is the internet... expect people like this to be around.

Unnecessary flamewar indeed.

I am already aware of this. It is just that I always used this filter, not too sharp and not too blurry. I have version 1.35 still running next to it.

I really hope it'll return one day.

NEStopia 1.38 released.

-Changes-

As usual, awesome release. One tiny thing I've found is when VSync is enabled, going in and out the menu (fullscreen) lags considerably. 2xSaI filters also still absent. Most of configuration is now stored in .xml files.

Cheers 8)

Windows XP Open dialog size

I figured I try this board with this question. Basicly, I would like to have the Open dialog that many program use (i.e. Winamp), to have a fixed size. Each time I reopen these programs the Open dialog reverts back to its original (small) size. Anyone have an idea how to set it to a certain size so ...

Some things you can try that you probably haven't: delete the bsnes cfg file and then try v030. bsnes currently shares a cfg file which is originally generated by god which knows version, I don't know if this could cause any issues. Also, find the latest chipset drivers for your motherboard and ins...

Well I've decided to just wait it out until the next release is out. I don't think bothering byuu with WIP requests is all that fancy.

I'm hoping that the next release will somewhat have the same speed as the custom ones. Peace.

It seems I overlooked that both windowed and fullscreen settings can be different (filter used, screen size etc.). I had scanlines on in fullscreen while no filter was loaded in windowed, hence I thought fullscreen was bugged. So I guess this only leaves scanlines to be fixed (aside from using your ...

Here's another version that works a bit better, although scanlines are still borked for some reason. You could use my shader for that though, if you really want them. I also compiled it with JMA and GZIP support. You might find it just a little slower as I had to change 600 to 640 (think byuu made ...

With Speed regulation off, frameskip 0 and no filters:

- 0.030c = 77/0
