Re: ZSNES is not dead - Still in development
Personally, I've grown too fond of ZSNES over the years (in actuality, a decade+ more like) to consider using another emulator... save for Snes9x. Maybe. For certain games.
Yes, ZSNES sorely needs a new stable release... but still.

Yeah, Disgaea, La Pucelle and Phantom Brave don't play nice with a component cable. You need teh SCART of Ultimate Power(tm)

Re: WHAT GAMES ARE YOU PLAYING THESE DAYS
Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles & Darkside Chronicles. Great fun. Also, Lollipop Chainsaw. <3 i'm curious about lollipop. it didn't review well, but still seems like it'd a fun. what's your opinion? Aside from the <3. The gameplay isn't quite as smooth as, say, Bayonetta but there are a lot ...

Re: Sly Cooper Trilogy (PS3) question/s
1) Don't know, but I'm fairly sure that the game requires a 3D TV. 2) The games are all the same with the exception of most (all?) FMVs being 4:3. I don't remember seeing any lag when I played. The boat combat section was quite difficult, but beatable. The Challenge Mode with the boat combat sequenc...

Re: Secret of Evermore wont load next area
Plus, the PAL version runs slower than NTSC. Which is probably why the timing hasn't been properly emulated.
I know, weak excuse, but PAL just sucks.

I really could use that registry patch, although I have a feeling that the same patch is waiting for me at home. Need to double-check.

Re: Problem when pressing multiple keys on keyboard
Counterpoint: The worst d-pad ever seen this side of a Gravis product. The Dual Shock 3's d-pad is better, but I'm afraid that's the only device to compare against I've had in a while. OK, I forgot I had a Logitech Rumblepad 2 lying around. I only remembered it after getting into Super Meat Boy a c...

I suppose your talking about BGM, in which case, yes. SPC format. Googling and reading the appropriate section in the ZSNES documentation helps. If this is not what you were looking for, reword your post.

Re: Problem when pressing multiple keys on keyboard
Map the d-pad tothe number pad; that usually works well. Although, some laptops can have problems even with this setup.
As far as gamepads go, anything made by Logitech that more or less mimics the PlayStation controller is more than good enough. Well, my personal preference, others may chip in.

Just a suggestion, but you could try reading the documentation (also known as a User Manual) that comes with ZSNES.

I really want to replay MSG2: Substance. The VR missions were so addicting. I got mine for 29€, which is really good co...

Re: Request: File Path "Browse" button.
Couldn't you just put ZSNES is some other directory instead of Document & Settings? Most people tend to do that.
You can also use relative path notation (..\) instead of absolute notation. You can also use CTRL-V to paste from the clipboard. This can even be found in the documentation.
