The only time I used a savestate (1) was when fighting against the hardest form of Spekkio (the pink Nu)

I hard-patch mine quite often., although I find the soft-patch very useful for quick tests.

This is an example.

1. Rename your rom to bl.smc
2. Rename the patch to bl.ips
3. Put both files in the same folder
4. Start ZSNES and start the game.

Yes, if you are using savestates, just select another save slot and your new save will go there.

If you use the games built-in save system (save points, etc.), saving overwrites the previous one.

If you don't like the cursewords or sexual themes in the game, don't play it. DeJap wanted to be as close to the original script as possible.

Are you using the latest version of Zsnes? If you are, try using an older version, and see if you get the same errors, that's all I can think for now, sorry. Ok, I've worked my way back through older version. version 1.30b works fine, anything after that does not. Anyone know the ins and outs of Zs...

When I started working on ZSNES, my x86 was quite rusty, and I never really touched x86 past the 16 bit days.
Was the ZSNES project originally started by _Demo_, Pharos and pagefault or am I mixing names here?

Safe Mode does not use 32-bit colors, AFAIK. (Not unless something has changed since Win98)

Much better input support. You want to be able to use your cool controller to play with, right?
Yes, I suppose. Thanks for clearing things up.

I got the latest drives yesterday (when it worked), and now today, it doesn't work?
Is ZSNES the only program/emulator that doesn't respond?
