Re: PSX vs Saturn for 2D games?
Okay, makes a lot more sense now. Seems like the only games I have on FBA are cps2 games like Street Fighter Alpha and Marvel vs Capcom.

Gil often acts like a nerdy, pretentious teenager for no apparent reason. His custom title fits him perfectly. Anyway Mark, I became a huge Squaresoft fan after FF6 & CT came out; I played FF4 after beating #6. I think the quality of their JRPGs started taking a dive after FFX(wasn't a fan of 8...

Re: PSX vs Saturn for 2D games?
What's the difference between a CPS1 game, CPS2 game and CPS3 game mind you? The only think I know is that they are capcom games. Playstation will probably still be "one" of my favorite consoles. Sony and Nintendo, but Sega I really was not that much of a fan of. I blame the fact that I wa...

Dammit I really need to start playing regular nintendo moar and stop sucking super nintendo's tit. Thanks for the link, I'll check it out sometime in the future lol. Re: hide IP while playing online
I had no idea scripts like that, or programs like that existed. To the extent that while you're playing with someone I guess all you can really do is trust that the other one won't try to hack your IP just because you owned them in super mario kart.

I'm not much of a shooter, but I've tried using a rifle with the scope and that's some hard shit. Trying to get a good aim while lifting up the rifle and trying to focus the scope dead in line with your field of vision was a task. So I would probably stick with a shotgun. I like the old wooden shotg...

Yep ZSNES Forums still goin'. And I don't mean the final fantasy 6 mummy kind from the ghost train. One blitz move and Still' Goin... is gone gone gone. Anyways I've been away for a long time and thought I'd pop up to see if anyone has missed me... joking (I know no one has missed me.). But besides ...

You can put a telephone near your computer and call Dominoes, or Papa Johns. Then you'll have a deluxe kitchen with the internet right beside you.

So what does all of this have to do with Gideon Zhi again? If you don't like mobile games don't play them. It shouldn't be an issue then.Gil_Hamilton wrote:not my issues, so don't credit them to me.Yuber wrote: Gil, my issues with the mobile market are

Re: Best games for SNES
Sorry to bring up a four month old topic, but Yu Yu Hakoshu Tokobten Hu has a very very steep learning curve which is why most people on z-net don't play it. You have to learn all the moves for all 30 to 40 characters in the game and I really don't want to invest my time in a game that will take a l...

I think you have to remember also that some mobile games that are made are also emulated remakes from past games too. You may not agree with me, but with the JRPG market, I still have a little faith for the fact there is still some innovation out there. Don't make fun of me for this, but I was a big...

No disrespect at all intended ottitude. I wanted to get out what I wanted to say in as diplomatic and drama free a way as I can possibly say. I respect all people, I just wish for that respect to be returned. That's all I want. If you can do that, we'll be golden.

Okay look, I think this is an open forum. I'm not trying to be critical here, but I feel like my rights right now ARE being violated. Re: PSX vs Saturn for 2D games?
Indeed. I've even bought the PC versions. Because god DAMN those things were fun. Other than the VS games, the D&D games were the games I was most looking forward to emulating once CPS2 emulation was finally possible. I'm absolutely terrible at them, but they are some of the best beat-em-ups of...

Re: Hail to the Zhi
I know this is getting off the subject a bit, but Gideon Zhi has done a HELL of a job creating translation patches. His work on translations is presidented, and I really don't care if the dialogue for the game is changed. You have to remember that the dialogue doesn't distract from the original game...
