I wish computers were more user unfreindly, so that people would actually have to learn how to work everything.

What I mean is......I'll save a game under save state 1, and then I'll close zsnes (btw i am dumb), but when I open the game and go to load state 1, it doesn't do anything. What does the HQ stand for.

It's safe to assum HQ stands for High Quality. HQxX modes are only availible on certain resolutions.

If you are refering to the optimized build made by ipher a while ago, there is no downside other than the fact that he won't make anymore builds like that because it took him like 20-30min to compile each port. Other than that it has no ill effects.

I'm pretty sure that music not playing is an actual bug in the game. It can cause a total crash some times.
