Pokémon Leaf Green works fine here :) I have a suggestion though, Is it possible to make the Turbo Mode hotkey a switch instead of a toggle? would make it easier to use in pokémon.

Since both are registered trademarks, I advise going for the neutral yet clear "memory cheat codes".

Tried using savestates in the meantime?

I personally haven't dealt with any Pokemon game, besides the 2 Pokemon Stadium titles on N64.

NOT that I've played any pokemon game... ever... but I think the save memory size detection fails on that game, and it needs to be manually set to one size or the other.

Or so I've heard.

I beat Fire Red and Emerald on VBA with zero problems. I didn't use save states.

You have to switch your flash size to 128k for Leaf Green. You can do this in Game Overrides when you have that game loaded. Make sure you close the emulator and then delete your Leaf Green save after changing that, or else the emulator will keep loading your f'd up save. It should save fine after that.

If you delete it then load your savestate and try to save, it will still say a save game exists already and then show an error when saving, please exchange the backup unit.

Pokémon Emerald will only work if you set it to Flash/Auto memory, otherwise it sits at a white screen. 128/64 does not affect the games inability to save still.

Emerald needs both the 128k flash and the Real Time Clock function enabled to work correctly. You're probably screwed trying to use your old savestates unfortunately.

Pokémon Emerald.

Okay, what is the reason behind these codes slowing the game down to a crawl? they do, do what they said they do.

EDIT: it seems to increase CPU system requirements by a ton which iswhy it is slow!

edit 2: This code does not seem to work at all >.>

With the "audio mute" option in the Windows build, is it possible to mark a Tick next to the Mute option and the Audio off option? would make it that bit more obvious what it does.

or simply remove the mute option?

Mute and Audio off effectively get the same result (no sound).. but accomplish different tasks.

can it be made so you can unmute the audio via selecting the "mute" option a 2nd time instead of the "enable" option that is not in the sub menu?
