I don't know....suing because four of those companies aren't using their copyright protection. That's just pretty dumb if you ask me.

that company sent a notice telling these companies that they are distributing products that may be able to circumvent DRM(namely via the lack of it), they might be running afoul of the DMCA.

They will fail the lawsuit. Besides their copy protection will be cracked anyway.
