how come in terminator 2, when the terminator is changing the starter on that truck, he asks for a torque wrench? I mean, he's a huge advanced machine. like he can't even guess or estimate how hard to tighten the bolt? like he even knows the torque value of a bolt on some pos truck, but he can't move his servos to this pressure? weak.

the instructions say to use a torque wrench, so he uses a torque wrench.

The terminators never really did anything you'd consider super-smart.
