Chrono Trigger parody

Post by aprad046 »

I remember reading a Chrono trigger parody a few years ago. It was from Crono's point of view, and it followed the storyline from the original game... with a twist. For example, Marle was a dumb blonde, Lucca was a lesbian, and Crono was always trying to weasel out, but kept on getting dragged along by the other characters... you get the idea.
Do any of you know where I can find this story? I remember finding it on Gamefaq's Chrono Trigger board about five years ago, but it's not there anymore.

I know of one. Not sure if this is the right one though. It is called "Chrono Trigger Unglued" and it's hosted on Chrono Compendium (http://www.chronocompendium.com/Stories/32/1).

Yeah.
Most are just random substitutions of sex acts and profanities that merely CLAIM to be a parody.

Isn't that for every "parody"?

no, the one I'm referring to is completely written. It's actually a bit long.
Hmm, going to check this one out though. Seems like I've come across a bit of time to kill.

Hey! I never expected to see people here talking about this. I'm the one who started helping Cryo with the animation beginning with Episode 11. I can assure you we can't possibly be the one you were thinking about as Lucca definitely isn't a Lesbian in Chrono Trigger Unglued (and before you ask, nor is Marle or Ayla). It's always good to see when someone enjoys Chrono Trigger Unglued, and I do apologize for the low quality on some of the earliest episodes (even if I had nothing to do with them).

The official website for the project is actually here: http://www.ultrapublications.com/CTU (but everyone always seems to think of it as that show on the Chrono Compendium)

The official forum for it is here (which is also the official forum for all Ultra Publications projects, and regularly gets over 3k posts a month): http://www.ultrapublications.com/forum

Man, I never cease to be suprised what I find on a google search.
