Well, it's not exactly by choice (I keep trying to convince my mum to switch to a better isp, but she's the type of computer user that never changes what she uses, just because it's always what she'e used and that she's used to it, even if it's inferior to a lot of the alternatives).

Heck, she uses Windows Me for fuck sake.
