When the AAPG (American Assiociation of Petroleum Geologists) gave him their "journalist" award for writing State of Fear, I immediately resigned my membership. The AAPG is a joke and run by biased non-scientists.

Except that Al Gore built up his argument by discussing the issues with people who actually knew something about what they were talking about. Al Gore wins.
