Name That Guy

Blues musician, white, maybe in his thirties, has (had?) long hair, known for his concerts and mixing of different styles of blues.
That's all I've got.

The only white blues musician I know of is George Thorogood, but he's somewhere in his 50's and I think he has short hair.

Not Kenny G, not George Thorogood.
He plays the guitar and I think his hair is sort of blond-ish.

I wish I could remember names better.
