FF3/HQx/New Graphics Engine/Savestate Selection Screen Bug

I'm not sure where it affects other games.. but when you use the savestate selection screen (F3) while the FF3 logo appears, after exiting the savestate selection screen, some of the screen appears to be modified slightly. It does go away when you hit ESC twice.

I think there's a missing refresh for HQx modes (tested on HQ3x and HQ4x, Windowed/Fullscreen)... because it doesn't affect any of the other filters.

Edit2: This bug occurs with both FF3 revisions...

Edit3: Only occurs with the New Graphics Engine.. the old graphics engine doesn't exhibit this bug.
