Netplay problems. DI-624 rev C

Ok guys I usually don't post in this thread, but anyway I've been having some problems. My router isn't responding to any of my ports that's opened including the ones that came with it. I ran various test..and I get the same error message "Ping result: Time out" I used the ping test in my router to test.. I have no firewalls. Can any of you guys help?
