After 4 long years, it's done. It's humorous, it's got vehicles, robots, an invention system, branching story lines depending on the character, and more. 8 playable characters including 4 on screen at once. It was ahead of it's time in the game play department.
It will make you laugh, it's got depth to it's game play, and it's downright FUN! Any 16-bit era fans owe it to themselves to give this game a go.

On a totally different side note could the emerald dragon patch be made aviable for the PCE CD version of emerald dragon too?
It is certainly one of more difficult SNES games and some bigger names in the past didn't get anywhere with it. It also had some seriously tedious hurdles to get over. But, I have been doing this a long time now, so nothing I couldn't handle after a few holes in the wall from my head.
As far as Emerald Dragon, I have worked a bit with Dave Shadoff on and off with the PCE-CD version. They are similar in several areas, but also very different. I personally won't be releasing any patches for the PCE-CD version, but I will continue to support Dave's efforts(or anybody else) if they continue to start to work on the PCE-CD version.

If you were to compare Dual Orb II to Wozz, which would you say was a better game? DOII is the only other unofficial translation I've played.
Well I cannot answer your question directly, but there are unofficially translated games like Seiken Densetsu 3, Star Ocean, Bahamut Lagoon and Tales Of Phantasia that are absolutely top of the line and should be played.
Not to mention Shin Megami Tensei 1 and 2, Front Mission: Gun Hazard, Assault Suits Valken, Madou Monogatari, Treasure of the Rudras and a host of others :p
