Windows version detection

Please download this Windows app: http://nsrt.edgeemu.com/wver.zip
Run the app in a terminal, and report here what it said, as well as which Windows version you're using.
I would appreciate feedback especially from Vista users.
May 9 2007 - NSRT 3.4, now with lots of hashing and even more accurate information! Go download it.
