Question about the GUI

When a menu is down, you can select with the arrow keys. I'm wondering how you pull a menu down without clicking on it

Escape.

But make sure GUI option escape to GUI menu is checked.

I can't find that GUI option. The closest I can find is "click enters GUI", but that doesn't work

Is it in the GUI opns sub-menu?

In older versions it had that name, and the box might've had it's meaning inversed.
