Can't downloadStar Ocean Decompression Pack

I can't download the Star Ocean Decompression Pack 4.0 t from dejaps site, I click on the link and it just takes me to some ad page.

It is not needed anymore since the SDD-1 chip has been emulated. Use a more current version of the emu you plan to use for this game (Snes9x is recommended).

Hey i still got the star ocean decompression pack that let's you play it in zsnes 1.36. Renamed it to SONND1 something or another. Works great. Mainly did that for online play, but it doesn't seem like star ocean plays good online because of the screen always going blank at certain parts.

You don't even need a graphics pack, as the SDD-1 chip is emulated. But Zsnes has had issues (speed being too fast, etc). Like Deathlike2 said, try another emulator like Snes9x or SnesGT in the mean time.
