New ZSNES Filters???

Post by arcanist »

With ZSNES, at the moment there is only the greyscale filter. Could there be any possibility for other Filters, like sepia tone, blur, etc? :?:

You need to use a D mode to get more options available.

Yeah, there are plenty of filters for zsnes.

People who complain that there aren't enough obviously don't know how to be happy.

oops, wrong word.
I can't think of the right word, so I'll just say this:
"he isn't satisfied, and wants more, even though there's already lots"

I should really try to better phrase the things I say >_<

Does anyone really play with sepia, low-color, grayscale or inverted color modes? They're fun for a quick laugh at how bizarre classics look, but I honestly can't imagine anyone actually wanting to play games with one of those filters ...

If ZSNES 2.0 uses a OpenGL renderer I could make some mods for hardware motion blur, or GLSL shader support could be added.

wait i remember there being a kick ass filter called HCQX3 on the zsnes. Makes everything look playstation like! Tried it for final fantasy 5 while I was playing online. Really kick ass. Or at least I think.

Playstation-like would be unfiltered. What you're thining of might be either 2XSAI or hq3x. Both are still there, you need to be using a D mode to use them.
