altgr keymap for vista

Anyone know of an international keyboard layout for vista that replaces dead keys with altgr? So, instead of 'e, I would type AltGr+'e, and so on for circumflexes, accents, graves, whatever.

I had one awhile back but I lost it.

I can use AltGr. What I want to go away are the dead keys. I don't want to type ' then e and get é. ç (AltGr + ,) gives me cedilla just fine.

That's pretty good for 3 weeks.

- États-Unis is plural as you probably know. 'de' is not applicable for plural.
- Negative + passé composé is a bit complicated, especially when stuff gets crushed due to the vowel-removal trick:

Je ai mangé
Je ne ai pas mangé
Je n'ai pas mangé ces chatons.

- Remember, keep the object after the verb.

granted, my only knowledge of french comes from about 10 hours of class time 19 years ago, so there's a decent chance i'm misinterpreting, but...
