Hi There, well im very angry with this i download All version of the Emulators Officials, and Not Officials, but i cant compile from the Source Under Linux

I Wanna Compile Minimun Zsnes V1.36 for Linux From Source, under Linux Jaunty Jackalope

Its the Same with 1.42 , well i dont have method to have a good netplay

I Download "zBattle.net" this have "Zsnes 1.36 with NetPlay" i have 2 Machines 1 With Windows XP and other With Linux Ubuntu Jaunty Jackalope

But when i try to use the NetPlay

My Linux Machine is the "Server" and the "Windows" Machine , well the Linux Machine say "I FOUND CLIENT" , and Quickly finish the emulator , but the Windows machine follow Connected

The F.A.Q of zbattle.net , say if i can use the netplay works perfectly with they pre-compiled Zsnes V1.36 they gave , I must try to Compile by my self the Version of Emulator

Someone have an Source Code , or Precompiled version of Zsnes 1.36 + NetPlay or Zsnes 1.42n for Linux ??

I DONT WANT USE "WINE" to Play via Netplay ¬¬ i dont wanna use "WINDOWS VERSIONS"

Well, just looking at your output, it looks like there is a problem with nasm.

Hi there, the problem its not NASM, i can compile the sources

of Zsnes 1.42 & Zsnes-net (Linux Zsnes 1.42n or 1.43 its the same) but when i try to execute appear the next in my Ubuntu Jaunty

Well i need find all this files ".so" but older version for example the versions files from Ubuntu Dapper its the most near for this , with that i can make something similar to work using the olds libs

with a mini-script like that

LD_LIBRARY_PATH="./Older_Libs" ./zsnes

I believe that can work :=) , well i need to begin the Search of all that files T_T

Probably has to do with the fact that the compilers used now have changed somewhat from when those old versions of zsnes were made. Might be way zsnes doesn't compile in the latest Ubuntu. :p

Well its Impossible use a Native Version of Zsnes on Ubuntu Jaunty with NetPlay , im going to Downgroud to Hardy

If that way i can use the older versions with netplay

You can't compile or run any old version with recent ubuntus - including hardy and whatever was before that.

Zsnes 1.42n and 1.43 are not the same. "1.43" shows that someone got the source at a moment when it wasn't good for users. Don't use it.
However, if you read you'd see that it's "pre 1.43". Reading is nice.

Well men, i dont like use "WINDOWS" Software , but in this Case no exist another Way

Yesterday for my, with the Zsnes 1.42n of Windows, i can't use the VIDEO FILTERS , and the Games are Slowly Play (10 FPS) T_T

Well today appear a new version of wine on my repos
i upgrade my wine version and downgrade the Zsnes Version to 1.36

and now all are better 50 FPS of 60

Well that is just for use the "ZBattle.net" is a Software allow you Play Via Internet with another people Games of Snes with the Zsnes and the NetPlay Option
