I actually have this problem on a intermittent basis though I don't have any wireless devices. Sometimes it takes eons for the screen saver to appear while other times it doesn't.

If your system is waking from sleep mode, try finding which device is causing it by executing the following from a command prompt. (cmd.exe or similar, not the win+r Run... prompt.)

Why does it not surprise me that franpa has the same problems as nintendo_nerd? They might be the same person.
