The complete lack of description in that youtube link doesn't help clear up the confusion.

Wow, that's pretty great, and informative.
I didn't know it was only released in Scandinavia outside of Japan. No wonder so few people have heard of it. And no wonder it's so damn expensive on eBay.
I also didn't know it used a special sound chip.
Neat.

Amazing, while some parts seem way to hard for my platformer skills the ideas that went into the game are fantastic, and the attention to detail on a 17-year old game... Wow.

Aglar's "NES Gimmick! in 06:08.73" (bad ending)
Sami's "NES Gimmick! in 09:59.63" (good ending)

the green level after the little bird boss, with the platform on a vertical conveyor at the start. You know the homing missile guy on the right? the attention to detail for him is even more impressive then I though, you can actually catch him running ahead to his trap.

And you can ride/move enemies through screen transitions etc.

Also neat.

Good ending is the cutest thing I've seen in a while.

Wow, that CD-quality audio sounds fantastic after being encoded by Youtube into MP3 music :D

I encoded it into MP3 (using lame's highest quality mode and VBR), hoping that YT wouldn't re-encode it. This is the info in Winamp:
Payload Size: 1106280 bytes
Header found at: 576 bytes
Encoder Delay: 576, Zero Padding: 1984
Length: 64 seconds
MPEG-1 layer 3
138 kbps (VBR), 1780 frames
32000 Hz Joint Stereo
The low bitrate is probably thanks to the quiet parts. YT didn't like the 32 kHz:
Payload Size: 983256 bytes
Format: AAC

MPEG-4 LC-AAC
Sample Rate: 44100
SBR: Not Present
Channels: 2 Mode: Stereo
Bitrate: VBR (128)
This is from a download of the HD version (*.mp4 file).
