Using an On-Screen Keyboard in Zsnes
I prefer using Zsnes over SNES9x for many reasons except I can no longer use Zsnes. because I use an on-screen keyboard and it doesn't recognize it, or any input method that I use that requires software, such as the fact that I have to use voice recognition software and Logitech's set point software are not recognized by ZSNES. I'm puzzled as to why he this is. any advice is welcome.

I don't know exactly but it probably has to do with how directinput may differ in some way than the usual input method used by most non-games.
Either way, get a bluetooth controller or something. SNES games with a touch screen? ick.

Maybe these people were born without that part of their brain that lets you try different things to see if they work better. --Retsupurae

Snes games with voice recognition input... could work with some games.
If you really cannot use a more classic input method, check if you can bind keyboard input to your program using something similar to Joy2Key (except it's not a joypad as source).
Maybe something in the accessibility options ?
