On ZSNES versions WIP0216 and newer (including 1.40 release), but not on 1.36 and earlier, Super Robot Taisen 4's in-battle text display jumps about horizontally randomly from frame to frame, ofter wrapping around from the left to the right side of the screen. This occurs in all video modes I've tested, with all filters, and in both fullscreen and windowed, scaled and matched-ratio; windowing, new gfx mode, and offset mode on and off--thus it appears to be somewhat deep-seated.
To reproduce, simply load the game and play until a battle scene occurs, or use the karaoke mode (the text has the same issues as battle dialog).
