I am assuming that you have set the custom resolution to the resolution of your monitor, or else disabling the "Use 4:3 Ratio" display option in the filters tab will not fully stretch to the screen. By-the-way, "DS F" was brought up in the first reply, which was made by Yuber, and apparently ignored.

Your settings should look like below, minus the ASSTAXI, replace ASS for your horizontal and TAXI for your vertical. The gold stars are your visual aids to find where you are supposed to put the monitor's resolution. Don't forget to SET the resolution before SETting the mode.
