Forum link on website doesn't work

The "Forums" link on the website directs you to https://www.zsnes.com/index.php?page=discussion which redirects you back to the website instead of taking you to the forum.

I mean the bar along the top of the page https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/ ... /image.png

Edit: I guess I'm just used to modern page design where such a link on a page would be expected to scroll the page to the relevant info or take you to the relevant page (which in this case just so happens to be the Home Page and that's what was throwing me for a loop).
