if i recall correctly, you simply use your mouse for the super-scope, and click to fire.

Move the mouse to move the cursor, Left-click to fire, and right click for cursor button action.

All the Super Scope usage is covered nicely in the documentation included with each official release of ZSNES.

Just a note...

If you go get NSRT, you can add an NSRT header to your ROM so you don't have to keep setting the Super Scope every time you want to play <insert random Super Scope compatable game here>.
PS: This also works for games which use peripherals other than the Scope.
<Nach> so why don't the two of you get your own room and leave us alone with this stupidity of yours?
NSRT here.
