I guess he's either talking about the Internal Name of the game, or what the file was named when it was zipped.

i think he just means the correct name, as it appears on the game cartridge or whatever.
NSRT, if you use the -rename option, does this, but it may not match whatever GoodSNES renames it to. Although they may vary slightly, the name NSRT renames it to is the correct name for the game. NSRT will only rename the ROM though if it is found in NSRT's database. If not, the game you downloaded is corrupted, and you should download it from a different place, or better yet, do it the legal way: buy the game and dump the ROM yourself.
