adding new games

i'm a relatively new zsnes user and i was wondering how do i add new games to my current emulator and install them because any time i have tried it doesn't seem to recognise the files

What is the file extension of the ROMs you are running?

When you are positive that you really have SNES ROM images, put them into the same directory where Zsnesw.exe is. Or you can put them in a separate folder, but then you'll have to 'find' them in ZSNES's Load window.

i've tried loading them from the zsnes window but i cant find places that download the .dll files that allow them to run on my zsnes v1.36

What .dlls is zsnes asking you to "download"?

First, please use the latest official ZSNES version. 1.36 is very old and outdated. Second, update your Direct X version.
Try out CCleaner and other free software at Piriform

what are the rom names? could it be you have many roms in one Zip file? or an other non supported packer?
