netplay was working fine until i decided to reformat my computer and now it doesnt connect when UDP is ticked.

Are you using XP? If yes, turn off the firewall.

turning off the firewall didnt help
and i'm unable to play a multiplayer because of it

its ok i got it working.
port forwarding crap made it work.
