It is better that you read the docs before you ask your Frequently Asked Question.

You need to use NSRT to deinterleave the game so that it works properly on ZSNES.

Acquire NSRT there - http://snesemu.black-ship.net/index.php?page=tools

If you bothered to read the FAQ and stickies, you would know that the only reason why it doesn't work is because your rom needs to be deinterleaved.

Once again:

jhead, it's not an emu problem, your ROM is broken. Not even the best emu can play a broken ROM. Use the tool NSRT (see above) to repair your ROM.
