Hello! bsnes is very good emulator, and I'm missing only few things in it:
1) How about auto-patching ROMs from zip-archive when ips (or ups) patch is in the same archive with the same name? Or maybe multi patches with names 1.ips, 2.ips etc (or ups)
2) I hear that bsnes doesn't support interleaved roms. Is it true?
3) I think that pausing emulation from menu item is a very useful thing
4) There is the savestates?
Thank you!

Hmm. You could pause ingame or check 'When emulation window does not have focus: pause emulation' otherwise.Yar-Tour wrote:3) I think that pausing emulation from menu item is a very useful thing

I was wondering about this recently. Byuu, could you make the Pause key pause emulation like in snes9x?Fras wrote:Yar-Tour wrote:3) I think that pausing emulation from menu item is a very useful thing

Most major emulators don't support interleaved ROMs anyway. for that, it's best to find NSRT and de-interleave your ROMs.
as far as save states go, IIRC it's complicated.

<Nach> so why don't the two of you get your own room and leave us alone with this stupidity of yours?

Would require something like the OS's ability to pause processes before it goes into hibernation - if such a thing exists, I haven't read up on that.
