Is it possible to download the completed version of a game or can I download the saved points?

Please clarify.

You can download savestates and sram files and use them with your ROM, if thats what you mean

Zophar's Domain has some, fantasyanime.com does... just do a Google search with <"game name" savestate> or <"game name" sram> and you should find them.

SRAM is better btw.
