JNES Question

I am looking to start recording and uploading videos to youtube as lets plays.My question is on JNES when you are converting the video file to AVI, is there any way to do it without sitting through the entire video?

I tried FCEUX, but the sound and gameplay was so laggy I have to try JNES which I've had success with in the past.However, I don't want to have to sit through the entire video just to get it to avi, any ideas?

I believe the short answer is no. The game must actually "played out in full" in order to dump video AND audio. There's no way around this.
