That's right, as long as you have any kind of wireless device, the FCC can search your home without warrant. Thank you Communications Act of 1934.

their authority only extends to examining the wireless device in question. however, if anything blatantly illegal is in plain sight, they can bust you on that.

they're not going to find your extensive and meticulously organized porn collection because that falls outside the scope of whatever wireless device they want to examine.

still a completely ridiculous breach of the 4th amendment, but meh.

it's teh internet, gladly I know my life and belongings is so mediocre that I'm pretty much invisible to them in comparison to everyone else, no one really cares that much.
