Need major help with Netplay

I am in need of help with netplay. I read 2 posts that tell you how to do it, but I'm still unable to do it. I was hopeing that some one could give me a step-by-step of how to do it, but make it incredibly simple. I'm know a little bit about computers but not enough to understand everything of how to do this. If anyone could help It would be greatly appreciated.

I would suggest you learn how your router's firewall works.

Most important key info:

1) Know what port ZSNES uses (hint: RTFM)

2) Make sure you set it up for your specific comp and/or it's IP if necessary.

3) Make sure both TCP and UDP ports of ZSNES are open (if anything to test out both options).

Once you know these key pieces of info, you can set this stuff up with virtually any router.
