Is this possible with the latest version of Foobar2000?
All I want to do is to rip a single track, but looks like foobar's GUI is lacking a much needed feature
You can only rip complete CDs,not single tracks.

Right-click a track, and click "Convert"

If you use the 'Rip' option,you can't select separate tracks. Weird.
You'll have to add the tracks to the playlist first and then use the 'convert' option from the right-click context menu.

Make sure you select the rip security settings to at least "standard"
That way, its like EAC, pretty much.
