How to convert songs to Ring Tones? (iPhone)

Hi, when we right click a song and choose to create ring tone or whatever from the list of purchased content in iTunes, we get an error message about the inability to contact the store and to check the internet connection o_o. We can access the store fine.

this coming from the guy who asked me about buying iphones, Franpa said you wouldn't buy a iphone, even if I stole $500 off you and I bought it for you
