How to remove finish chime when recording voice clips in MSN

Post by franpa »

Hello, I was wondering how to remove the chime that plays when you record a voice clip in MSN Messenger for the maximum length. It is not a Windows Sound and I have scoured my hard drive looking for it, with no luck.

Might be notification settings in the preferences or something. May as well look around there if you haven't.

Otherwise... Resource Hacker?

Yeah I looked around there and through the various Windows Sound Schemes, I looked in the MSN Messenger folders including temp, appdata, common files where the windows sound scheme files are etc.
