Wiimote classic controller not working

Wiimote classic controller not working

When I first downloaded zsnes on my iPhone 3GS the wii classic controller worked fine. After there was an update it no longer works when it's connected to the wiimote. Has anybody else been having this problem?

I don't know if it makes any difference but I thought it was zsnes but it's snes a.d. +
