ZSNES 1.51 crashes when I try to set the keys

ZSNES 1.51 crashes when I try to set the keys

I just downloaded 1.51 and tried to setup up my controller but every time I try to setup my controller, in the input menu, the program freezes. I tried using 1.50 and that problem didn't occur.
