mudpack is a EXE only Win32 PE packer. Unlike UPX, it has fully modular compression/decompression modules via plugins.

It is not intended to be DRM, so it makes things super easy to depack.

Name reminds me too much of fudgepack. Probably should do something about that, unless it was intended. :p

yeah, obfuscation+packing would only attract unwanted 'false positive' from most anti-whatever out there.

There would be false positives regardless. Adding extra layers of DRM will only exacerbate the problem :(.
Most commercial protectors get around this by paying the AV devs off....
